- Engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations from our systems
- Build and lead teams to work on technological initiatives
- Provide direction and support to ensure projects are executed effectively
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to technology projects
- Make prudent financial decisions to optimize resource allocation
- Recruit and train personnel for technology-related roles
- Oversee the progress of technology projects to ensure they meet objectives
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our technology and trading processes
