Responsibilities``` - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms - Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization - Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases with accurate information - Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software - Conduct research and compile data for various reports or presentations - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
```Qualifications``` - Previous experience for at least 2 years as an administrative assistant or in a related role mandatory- Knowledge of dental receptionist or medical office procedures is a plus - Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desired - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading documents and data entry tasks - Proficient in using Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player
