In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. VANJOBS reserves the right to refuse service on this website, solely at VanJobs discretion.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VANJOBS, its operators, owners, proprietorship if applicable, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees (judicial and extra-judicial), alleging or resulting from your use of the Material or your breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
